ERA Announces Winners of Scholarship Program, Three Grants Totaling $30,000

For the fourth consecutive year, ERA Franchise Systems, Inc., in conjunction with its parent company, Realogy Corporation, announced the winners of the ERAR Scholarship Grant Program.

Each winner received a $10,000 scholarship to further their academic pursuits. Brenda W. Casserly, president and CEO of ERA Franchise Systems, Inc, and Alex Perriello, president and CEO of the Realogy Franchise Group, were on hand to present the scholarship grants to the three winners:

* Ryne Pruitt of Vilonia, Arkansas, a senior at Vilonia High School and son of James and Julie Pruitt, both with ERA Henley Real Estate
* Zeryab Kahn of Newburgh, Indiana, a senior at Castle High School and son of Bushra Khan of ERA First Advantage Realty, Inc.
* Dana Eppers of Dickson, Tennessee, a freshman at Nashville State
Community College and the daughter of Linda Eppers of ERA Real Estate Professionals

"Once again, ERA Real Estate is thrilled to award scholarships to help further the education of bright and hard-working individuals," said Casserly. "I congratulate these fine young men and women on their superb academic achievements and commitment to community endeavors. ERA Real Estate is proud to be able to give back to our extended ERA family and help them to achieve their goals."

The grant program was open to children, grandchildren or legal wards of real estate professionals affiliated with the ERA system. Eligible candidates were required to have a current cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher (on a 4.0 scale), demonstrate financial need and reflect the same ideals for which ERA professionals are well known: leadership, volunteerism and a commitment to life-long learning.
